Rajasthan is The ‘Land of Kings’. It is about 5000 years old. The design for this bread looks like,”sun” because they are,” SURYAVANSHI”.
Normally food is the little bit spicy. According to history and our grandparents, “Rajasthani food has the war-like lifestyles.
Food that could last for several days and could be eaten without heating was preferable. The scarcity of water and fresh green vegetables have all had their effect on the cooking.
So delicious.:)
That looks lovely! Never seen roti like that before.

I know this is thick and little bit hard bread. If you really want to eat this Roti, eat with tomato, lentil, broccoli cheddar soup. Leave Roti in the warm soup for few minutes it will become soggy. Yes, this is the beautiful bread.:)

Its like you read my mind! You appear to know a lot about this,
like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you can do
with some pics to drive the message home a bit,
but other than that, this is wonderful blog. An excellent read.
I will certainly be back.
