Dalia name meaning(दलिया नाम का अर्थ है)

We love to eat Dalia or porridge. We always confuse about all of those fancy words. The thing is that all kind of food comes from wheat. The process of cooking food is different in every Country, States and houses. This is based on individual preference. What would you like? The Dalia or Porridge. The Dalia we can buy in the market or online.
Dalia is wheat. It has different names and form and recipes.
Semolina or Suji is the course, purified wheat middlings of durum wheat mainly used making pasta and couscous.
Oats, Porridge and Dalia (Daliya), Broken Wheat or Bulghur, farina, grit, Cream of Wheat, Cornflakes in Hindi Jou. all are same things.
Gluten proteins that cause problems for people with celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity are found in the grains wheat, rye, and barley, all of which are closely related.
The scientific name for the gluten protein found specifically in barley.
Only the process of making from wheat is different. Raw Porridge and Dalia are small pieces (half grind) of wheat. Basically, Porridge is the word in English for ‘Dalia’. It is mainly taken at breakfast, but you can have Dalia for dinner too with DAAL or vegetable instead of rice.
The fibre content of ‘Dalia’ helps in proper digestion. The Dalia increases metabolism and good for the brain. This wholesome food is good for improving metabolism.
The Dalia is good to eat and it will increase glow to your skin.
Dalia has protein, iron and vitamin B6.

ग्लूकन प्रोटीन जो सेलेक रोग और गैर-सेलेक ग्लूकन संवेदनशीलता वाले लोगों के लिए समस्याएं पैदा करते हैं, अनाज गेहूं, राई और जौ में पाए जाते हैं, जिनमें से सभी निकट से संबंधित हैं।
ग्लूटेन प्रोटीन के लिए वैज्ञानिक नाम विशेष रूप से जौ में पाया जाता है।

  1. I’ve been eating oatmeal every day for breakfast for years – used to make it in the microwave, and now just put it in a bowl, put real hot water on it and it’s ready to eat in a few minutes. I make my up in zip lock bags ahead of time with some raisins and cinnamon so it is ready to go in the morning. I never could make cream of wheat – it was lumpy and bumpy. 🙂

    1. This is an awesome idea to keep in Zip-lock bag. Sometimes I buy prepared bags in the small batch.
      Recently in the USA, we had the recall for some kind of Oatmeal.
      I think according to your idea it is better to buy the bulk item like your’s and keep in Zip-lock bag:)

      1. I really like doing this because it is all ready in the morning and I just dump it out. What I have been doing, which sounds lazy, but because it is Summer so I am trying to get more walking and have gotten busier with the blogging, plus very busy at work, instead of using the Zip-lock bags, I make up a week’s worth, each in a paper cup that is good for hot liquids … I just add the hot water and let it sit for a few minutes and it is wonderful. No cleanup either. I know that is lazy but it is just me and that is just for Summer. I like having it already made up … I love oatmeal, but I don’t love hearing that the Quaker Old-Fashioned oats may be contaminated by the Round-up. They just had that big verdict for Round-up from the man who was spraying with it. I always bought Quaker Oats brand but my grocery store has their own brand, and it tastes the same so I have been buying it – the big cardboard carton is about $1.50 cheaper – is that the same recall you had? It is so worrisome that everything you eat these days that you have to worry that it may be contaminated with something. What is really bad in Michigan right now is we have a Hepatitis A outbreak. It is so bad, that I understood that the Ohio Tourism Bureau told people who were visiting in the neighboring state of MIchigan this Summer, that they should have a Hepatitis A vaccine before coming here. Every week there are news stories that say “if you ate at _______ restaurant, get tested for Hepatitis A”. They say it is not only a drug issue (though it is in part) but food handlers are not washing their hands sufficiently and handling food. It’s very scary!! I have not had the shot, but I have not had fast food or gone to a restaurant since 2008. I know it seems amazing, but it is just me and I don’t really like going myself.
